Customer Support (Usually Bilingual)
Customer support in online gaming involves assisting players with inquiries, resolving issues and providing a positive experience, ensuring that gamers enjoy a smooth and enjoyable time on the platform.
Day-to-day Tasks
In this role you could:
- answer customers questions with a professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email
- fix all customer queries and questions in a timely manner
- talk to other departments within the company to solve customer queries
- handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
- add customer information onto a computer
- remain up to date with industry rules and procedures
