Deloitte Graduate Apprenticeship - Audit & Assurance

Deloitte provide a Graduate Apprenticeship scheme for students interested in a career as an accountant, and more specifically those considering building a career within audit practice.

The audit team generally works in two core areas:

Large & Complex Audit:   which includes listed companies (corporate and financial services) and their subsidiaries in the UK and internationally, as well as other public interest companies such as banks, insurers, large private companies and public sector organisations

Portfolio Audit:  across many sections including private corporates, real estate funds, pension schemes, financial services brokers and investment managers.  Portfolio business offers the opportunity to work with privately owned, dynamic, entrepreneurial and high-growth businesses.

The work is wide-ranging, and no two days are ever the same.  Working alongside some of the most talented professionals, you’ll learn to understand corporate languages and assess business processes, systems, controls and reports. 

Expected Training & Qualifications: 
As part of your graduate opportunity, you’ll be studying towards the ACA qualification via the ICAEW.  

Whilst professional exams can be challenging, and will require a commitment from you, you'll be given funded top-quality tuition, with a mix of classroom and self-managed learning sessions, a dedicated early careers coat, a people leader and access to support.

Qualifications required:  
Degree (any discipline) – Obtained or be studying towards a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent – due to have Graduated by September 2025.
