Front of House Team Member

The Food Cellar, an exclusive cafe and delicatessen in Douglas, is looking for an experienced Front of House Team Member to join our small but dedicated team.  

Located at The Milestone on Peel Road, The Food Cellar is known for exceptional food made using the freshest local ingredients. We are more than just a cafe, we're a destination for those who appreciate the craft of quality food, drink, and warm, professional service. We also host exclusive dinners, private functions, and high end events in our intimate and stylish setting.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven experience in a front-of-house hospitality role.

Guest Focus: A genuine passion for looking after people and delivering top-tier service.

Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different roles when needed.

Attention to Detail: High standards in service, presentation, and cleanliness.

Flexibility: Willingness to support events and busy periods - with plenty of variety in your week. Over 18: You must be over 18 for this role.
