About the Role: Join the People Information Programme (PiP) team in helping improve HR and payroll processes across Isle of Man Government. You’ll support data quality, user engagement, and help promote the use of the PiP system across departments. This is a great opportunity if you're organised, tech-savvy, and enjoy working with people and data.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
- Review and improve HR data and system structures
- Collect and analyse information from different departments
- Promote the use of the PiP system to employees and managers
- Build good working relationships across government
- Help create and deliver training materials and sessions
- Support the roll-out of new PiP features
  
Essential Skills & Qualities:  
- Good IT skills, able to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of data protection principles
- Confident and calm under pressure
- Strong relationship-building skills
  
Desirable Skills & Experience:  
- 5 GCSEs (including English)
- Previous HR or office experience
- Understanding of IOM Government employment terms
- Isle of Man Worker status
