Role Summary:  As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will supervise and support pupils during lunch, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment in the dining hall and playground. You’ll encourage good manners, promote safe play, and assist with minor incidents when needed.

Key Responsibilities:  
- Supervise pupils in the dining area and playground.
- Promote safe and positive play activities.
- Encourage good table manners and healthy eating.
- Provide basic first aid if required.
- Act as a point of contact between pupils and staff.
- Support a safe and friendly school environment.
 
Essential Skills & Attributes:  
- Friendly, caring, and patient nature.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to promote positive behaviour and play.
- Reliable and responsible.

Desirable Skills & Attributes:  
- Experience working with children.
- Basic first aid knowledge.
- Understanding of safeguarding in schools.
