You must:-
- Be at least 18 years old ideally 21.
- Hold clear DBS check ideally registered with update service
- Have at least 1 full season experience of work at an outdoor activity centre.
- 3 good references
- Hold at least 2 of the following qualifications:
ERCA high ropes,
RLSS NMSMP Lifesaving,
RYA Power boat Level 2,
Paddlesport Instructor
Archery GB
NSRA Instructor
Although you will be involved in delivering a wide range of activities you will be expected to take designated instructor role on at least 1 of our activities. We work with school groups, youth groups, families and individuals.
