Working in a busy motor factors, the main duties will include:
- dealing with client enquiries over the phone and in person
- looking up parts, checking technical details to identify the correct part
- processing sales for delivery
- deal with customer queries & deal with electronic queries
- promote sales promotions to clients
Skills required:
- Good telephone manner & computer keyboard skills
- Ability to develop customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques
- Be a good team worker
- Good customer care skills - being able to satisfy customer needs regarding part orders/queries
- Some understanding of the location and function of various parts
The ideal candidate:
- will have a keen interest in vehicles
- contribute to a positive team performance
- be happy to develop their knowledge of products through studying literature & undertaking E-learning
