Working under the Showroom Manager, this role is to serve/sell to all customers with a friendly and amendable attitude as the role is a lot about customer service.
Being able to process customer orders, answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries will be required. Good computer skills and memory retention for products, systems and processes would be key to the successful applicant. Any retail/merchant experience would be great but not essential.
Training on our Virtual Worlds design package would be provided and a great part of the job if you are design focused.
Ability to drive is essential.
The hours of work are 8am- 5pm, 5 days a week including Saturday (with a day off in the week). We offer 20 days holiday plus 9 bank holidays.
We also offer great rates of pay with annual bonus and after a years worth of service we contribute 5% pension and private medical insurance.
