Purpose: Coordinate and manage customer appointments for smart meter installations while supporting administrative tasks for pre- and post-installation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Book and maintain appointments for smart meter installations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to appointments and installations.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and job tickets in internal systems.
- Provide administrative support for the installer team.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Essential and Desirable Skills
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Mathematics and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Calm and professional demeanor in customer-facing environments.
- Strong team player with attention to detail and a "right first time" mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- NVQ in Customer Services.
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Experience with Navision billing or similar systems.
- Familiarity with high-volume customer interaction environments.
- Full, clean driving licence
