We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Newfield as a community partner for Just the Job.
The collaboration will bolster the efforts of Junior Achievement, a charity dedicated to empowering young people across the Isle of Man by providing them with essential skills and resources to thrive in the workforce.
Newfield's sponsorship will significantly contribute to Just The Job’s mission of supporting young individuals as they prepare for their future careers. Through this partnership, Junior Achievement will continue its impactful work in bridging the gap between education and employment for the youth of the Isle of Man.
A dynamic online platform, Just The Job is designed to facilitate connections between young job seekers and local employers, a comprehensive website which serves as a hub for a wide range of career opportunities on the Isle of Man, including permanent and part-time roles, graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, volunteering, and seasonal work.
Eleanor Corrin, Junior People and Culture Advisor from Newfield, expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "Newfield is proud to support Junior Achievement's 'Just the Job' project. We believe in the importance of empowering young people to explore and pursue rewarding career paths and we are excited to contribute to this valuable initiative."
Rhian O’Leary from Just The Job highlighted the significance of the partnership, adding: "We are grateful to have Newfield on board as a community partner for the 'Just The Job' project. Their support will enable us to provide invaluable resources and opportunities for young individuals across the Isle of Man, empowering them to achieve their career aspirations."
